***BACK AT IT WITH ----> DAY 6 OF OUR CORE CHALLENGE*** Did you have a {{FABULOUS}} 4th of July Weekend? If it was ANYTHING like mine, you may have filled your plates with **LOTS** of home-cooked food and indulged in ONE too many TREATS :P Oops!! I {{SO}} APPRECIATE all of you who shared your {{GOALS}} with us on Thursday. YOU have OFFICIALLY made the decision that YOU WILL reach these goals by the end of our CORE CHALLENGE together. ******THATS THE FIRST STEP PEOPLE!!****** Now what are we going to do TODAY to take ONE step {{CLOSER}} to -- losing those few pounds -- toning our stomachs -- eating more fruits/vegetables -- or drinking 8 glasses of water today? 1. DO THIS CORE CHALLENGE :D (I mean.... of course you will right haha?) 2. Share with us something POSITIVE you did to take step towards your {{GOAL}}. Doesnt have to be something HUGE... but maybe you filled up that water bottle to take with you today shopping -- you got up 30 minutes early and did a little extra cardio -- you decided to clean out your pantry of all the junk food that stares at you every day. I BELIEVE in {{EACH ONE OF YOU}} **and** YOUR ABILITIES to REACH THESE GOALS. So lets work {{TOGETHER}} to stay ACCOUNTABLE and make it HAPPEN!! Whos with me?!?
