BACK DEVELOPMENT: When it comes to back training I keep my focal point on my scapular. Dont worry about posture, wither your arms are bent or straight. Just focus or full ROM (range of movement) threw your SCAPULAR. Using a Lat Pull-down as an example in the video, at the top of the movement my back is almost rounded and chest completely closed off. As I draw the weight down Im retracting my scapulars as i drive my chest threw and up generating maximum squeeze and time under tension. This same motion can pretty much be replicated in almost EVER single lift used in back training. Give these basic principles a go an watch that back grow!! Juggernaut mode!! UNSTOPPABLE!!
