BACK IN COURT: On Friday 5 December 2014 we are back at the High Court (Cape Town) in order to oppose StarSat and ICASAs application for leave to appeal the judgment given by Justice Bozalek. StarSat is asking for leave to the Supreme Court of Appeal (in Bloemfontein), alternatively leave to appeal to a full bench of three judges at the High Court (Cape Town).
