BAKERSFIELD, CA — JobFest Series is back for 2014. The Kern County Department of Human Services will host community job fairs beginning next month and running through May. Job seekers should come dressed for success with at least 20 copies of their resume or master application, the department said. Employers with openings are invited to participate at no cost.
