BALANCED LIVING TIP OF THE DAY - Losing Our Power Do you find yourself living in the past, ruminating over events, circumstances and people who have somehow disappointed you? The average person has approximately 60,000 thoughts each and every day and of these, approximately 80% are exactly the same thoughts we had the previous day and of those approximately 80% are negative. In other words - if you have been complaining about how fat your thighs are then chances are this is something you dwell on day in and day out. One of the most common ways in which we lose our power is to continue to bring these past thoughts forward and re-live them day in and day out.
