BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA: “TRAYVON MARTIN COULD HAVE BEEN ME.” - TopicsExpress

BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA: “TRAYVON MARTIN COULD HAVE BEEN ME.” The President of the United States will never know the horror of being profiled as an involuntary “taxpayer.” So Barack Hussein Obama knows what it feels like to be followed in a department store simply because he was a minority black man, well I’ve had that same minority feeling and I would gladly trade it for the really awful feeling that I’m being followed and being profiled to be a U.S. taxpayer by the IRS. In this video Barack Hussein Obama talks about being profiled as black man. You decide, which is worst being profiled as a black man or being profiled as a U.S. taxpayer. Merchants can be forgiven for being wary of strangers who resemble those who have looted their shops in the past. The IRS can never be forgiven, because these government employees are not protecting the employer’s property from theft by strangers they are abetting the theft of property of those who they have unjustly profiled to be federal taxpayers. Once a free inhabitant of these United States of America is profiled to be a taxpayer, both the federal and State governments are permitted to begin inventing federal and State tax liabilities by posting as public records Internal Revenue Service employee fabricated Notices of Federal & State Tax Liens. How do we know that Notices of Federal & State Tax Liens are bogus documents? Employees cannot create a public debt, which is what these Liens are alleged to be. Everyone knows only Congress can create public debt. Prior to the 1952 abolition of the Collectors of Internal Revenue and Deputy Collectors of Internal Revenue, all federal taxes were collected by no more than 65 Collectors of Internal Revenue and their Deputies. These Officers of the United States had the power of Congress to assess and collect federal taxes because Congress created their Offices with the express duty to collect taxes. The limit of 65 Collectors of Internal Revenue kept a lid on tax collections, which the abolition fixed by making a federal tax liability voluntary—anyone could voluntarily swear a federal income tax was owed. I haven’t filed a U.S. Individual Income Tax Return in twenty years and for good reason. The 1954 Internal Revenue Code conformed federal tax law to the Reorganization Plan Number 1 of 1952, which abolished the 65 Collectors of Internal Revenue. The 1952 Reorganization and the 1954 Internal Revenue Code put Internal Revenue Service employees in charge of federal tax collection, but without the tax collecting power of Congress the former Collectors of Internal Revenue enjoyed by virtue of their legislated duty to collect federal taxes. The Internal Revenue Service Restructuring and Reform Act of 1998 confirmed the 1952 Reorganization and 1954 Code by prohibiting the use of the term, “illegal tax protester,” by the only persons actively “collecting” federal taxes, IRS employees. For almost everyone, IRS taxpayer profiling results in having your life taken from you with little or no self defense. Government taxpayer profiling is common to all dictatorships. When taxpayer profiling is successful, government can claim another contributor to its social causes and someone’s identity is stolen. The truth eventually destroys all dictatorships. The Internal Revenue Service is a federal government bureaucracy composed of thousands of employees , but only two United States Officers, the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service and the Internal Revenue Service General Counsel. Neither of these two Officers has been charged by Congress with the duty or the power to asses a tax nor the duty or power to impose one by notice and demand for payment. These duties and powers were once employed by the Collectors of Internal Revenue, but vanished when those Offices were abolished in 1952. Today, Internal Revenue Service employees employ taxpayer profiling to such an extent they are willing to create for an innocent person the false profile of a federal tax criminal. The only way you can protect yourself against IRS taxpayer profiling is to know the truth about law and government.
