SM Primeholdings is required to do the following developments: a. Marikit Park and East Bajac-Bajac (“EBB”) Riverside Development through urban planning and developed into a linear river park with landscaping. There will be ferry station & river taxi at Marikit and Dayrits at EBB river and Kalaklan river in the future. Rainwater catchment and collection system (big bank underground) for twelve (12) hours of continuous rains of Typhoon Ondoy magnitude. Rehabilitation and beautification of EBB river channel and all existing trees should be part of the development plan and affected trees should be balled and relocated as supervised by the City and CENRO. b. Implementation of corporate social responsibility projects for seventeen (17) barangays and compliance with all national and local ordinances, including but not limited to the Senior Citizen Law, and shall not discriminate against the hiring of senior citizens, disabled and differently-abled individuals. c. To ease traffic congestion within Olongapo City, the Old Hospital Road, should be enlarged, widened and developed. Provide a new transport study that will consider construction of new bridges and widening of roads particularly EBB-Kalaklan access bridge. d. Construction of new integrated City Museum, City Public Library, Civic Center, City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) and separate Olongapo City Convention Center. e. Construction of 7 storey Gordon College at East Tapinac Oval Track. SM Primeholdings will use the complex for: a. Mall development with minimum capacity for around two hundred (200) anchor and specific tenant business; b. Hotel Tower with minimum of two hundred (200) rooms; c. Buildings for call centers and other offices; d. Parking buildings and parking slots with minimum capacity for one thousand five hundred (1,500) cars; and e. Multi-modal transport terminal.
