BATAVIA POLICE REPORT Adam R. Mcleod, 27, of 37 Austin St, Rochester, is charged with harassment 2nd(physical contact) and criminal obstruction of breathing after a domestic incident on Elm Street in Batavia. Mcleod was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash/bond bail. He will re-appear August 8th at 11:00 a.m. to answer the charges. Steven A. Acevedo, 23, of 238 Ellicott St.,upper, Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd( physical contact), menacing 3rd, coercion(causing fear, personal property injury), intimidation 3rd (instill fear and injury), criminal mischief( with intent to damage property) after a domestic incident on Ellicott Street. Acevedo was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail. Patricia A. Dulmage, 18, of 20 Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief (intent to damage property) after a domestic incident on Dellinger Avenue where she caused damage to the property of a family member at the residence. Dulmage was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court August 6th at 1:00 p.m. to answer the charge. Kenneth J. Schmoke, 57, of 132 State St., Apt 2, Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance after being found with controlled medications and drug paraphernalia at his home. Schmoke will appear August 6th at 1:00p.m. to answer the charge. Jennifer Lyn Stack, 27, of 48 S. Main St., lower, Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after stealing $105.00 cash out of a vehicle on South Main Street. Stack will appear in City Court August 13th at 1:00p.m. to answer the charge. Richard C. Hutchinson, 43, of 3 Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after removing merchandise from Tops on West Main Street without paying for it. Hutchinson will appear in City Court August 6th at 1:00p.m.
