OConnor, commanding general of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command addresses the first group of U.S. Soldiers to reside in the Baumholder controlled monitoring area as they prepare to depart the CMA today after spending three weeks at the facility, a procedure implemented out of an abundance of caution to preclude any possibility of transmitting Ebola.
