BBC Latest Kangkung Report -The disconnected PM 16 January 2014 Malaysias Prime Minister Najib Razak has been widely criticised on social media for comments he made about the price of kangkung, a type of spinach. A YouTube video of Mr Razak responding to public gripes over rising food and fuel prices in the country recently went viral on the internet. In the video, he said it was unfair for the government to be held responsible for increased food prices.
