BBD has 10 vacancies in Learnerships (Job Number: BBD00025). This programme is run on an on-going basis with two intakes in February and August of each year. The BBD Learnership programme is a work based learning programme that extends for a 12 month period. Our programme combines a structured learning component with practical work experience that is acquired while being employed with us. During our Learnership programme, incumbents will be formally assessed in the classroom and in the workplace. You will be paid a minimum monthly stipend and upon completion of this programme, you will have a nationally recognised IT qualification.Key accountabilities •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Must be energetic with an open mind and a positive work ethic. •Strong sense of self discipline, personal accountability and sense of urgency •Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a structured process-driven environment •Must be able to work in a professional and comfortable work environment where the core focus is on learning, growth, knowledge sharing, teamwork and collaboration.
