BBQ Biscuits Serves 8 A fun new way to use leftover pork, chicken or beef in a way everyone is sure to love! Prep Time - 15 min Cook Time - 20 min Total Time - 45 min Ingredients 8 refrigerator biscuits 2 cups shredded pork tenderloin 1 cup low sugar BBQ sauce 1 tbsp mustard 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp garlic powder 8 tbsp shredded low fat cheese Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 350 2.Open the refrigerator biscuits and separate each biscuit 3.Spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray 4.Press each muffin into a tin making sure to press them all the way to the bottom and up the sides 5.In a small bowl stir together the BBQ sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce & garlic powder 6.Add in shredded meat and stir to combine 7.Divide meat into biscuits and top each with 1 tbsp. of shredded cheese 8.Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are browned and cheese is melted Notes Each biscuit is 2 WW+ points Nutritional Info Calories: 82 Total Fat: 1.7 g Saturated Fat: 0.9 g Trans Fat: 0 g Cholesterol: 3.6 mg Sodium: 462.6 mg Total Carbs: 14.6 g Dietary Fiber: 0.4 g Sugars: 11.4 g Protein: 2.3 g
