BBQ CHICKEN BIRAYANI.. COLUMN (1) Chicken 1 kg 16 piece Coriander crushed 1 tsp Garm masala 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Tikkah masala 2 tbsp if you like spicy you can add 4 tbsp. Yogurt 1 cup Orange color a pinch COLUMN (2) Oil 1/2 cup Green chilies sliced 4 Boiled rice 1/2 kg Coriander leaves 3 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp if you want spicy then add 1 tbsp Tomatoes chopped 2 Salt 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Brown onion 1/2 cup Kewra water 1 tsp Yellow color a pinch METHOD.... marinate chicken with all above in column(1) for 2 hours.put chicken in oven and bake for 30 mints until done.give dum of coal .Heat 1/2 cup oil, add brown onion, with ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt, turmeric, tomatoes n yogurt, fry well till oil comes on top, add green chilies n ginger slice, spread boil rice on top, sprinkle Kewra water n color.Leave it on dum for 15 mints, mix n remove in a platter top with BBQ chicken boti.serve with salad or riata.
