BCRA Vintage Midget’s At Ukiah Speedway 9/20/14 By June Wheeler-Ferreira What a great day we had at Ukiah Saturday, September the 9th, all the track time you wanted. 4 warm up session a heat race and a main event. Weather was hot but a nice breeze help keep us cool we haven’t ran at Ukiah for about 2 years so it was fun to get back there again. The track crew and officials were all very helpful and friendly. The pit area looked great with all the new pavement and improvements. The Vintage guys had 7 cars that made the call. We ran along with the regular Midgets and the regular Saturday night Group. Our BCRA real racers put on a great show with a nice complement of cars and plenty of action they really fly. Just a little sad note Jim Soares pass, our thoughts and prayers are with you.
