BE KIND, BE CHARITABLE, BE STRAITFORWARD, BE HONEST, BE FREE. Dont let anyone tell you that you cant shre your food, feed a meter, pray, or exercise any other right you are able to devise as life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Its not against the law, to be charitable, to fix a problem needing repair, to assit others, to make an agreement in trade, a deal ot to offer your efforts to assist others in their goals.... it may violate unconstitutional code, but it will never be against the law. No jury in the world will convict an individual for breaking a code devised to criminalize acts of charitable assistance or kindness. I encourage all to partake of these actions everywhere, but ever more so where it is insisted as and persecuted as a crime. And all who are cited for these exercises of freedom need to demand a jury trial (it is also your right) and demand the municipality, county, state, or federal agency leveling an unreasonable persecution prove the constitutional viablilty of that unreasonable and unconventional code or Thats right I said make a capital case of it on a constitutional level. ALL OF US NEED TO DO THIS. Where enough resistance is met, there is no course of recourse for these organizations beyond concession. If they refuse... Counter sue on a capital level for civil rights violations on a personal level against the drafting and approving members of the code or law for abuses of constitutional rights and freedoms. Thats right too, you need to put a dollar amount on this. What are your rights worth, It is not the peoples responsibility to pay for crimes of people in office who overstep the confines of legally operating the confines of that office, these people should be held personally liable. So stand your ground, dont back off and demand a jury of your peers. After all who would convict you for being human and a caring kind and generous person? NOBODY WOULD. When these assholes and idiots have to constantly defend their position on a federal and state constitutional level at personal risk of loss, the crimes of criminalizing free will and kindness will stop. r hT
