BE SAFE FELLOW PATRIOTS 3/6:Police Investigation at Art and Design Bldg. Offices open and classes held as scheduled. 6:00 a.m. George Mason University Police are investigating a written bomb threat that was discovered over night at the Art and Design Building on the Fairfax Campus. Precautions have been taken to cordon off the building. This investigation does not present an immediate danger to the university community. Please remain away from the building and follow the direction of University Police and emergency response personnel. Classes beginning at 7:30 a.m. in the Art and Design Building are cancelled. All other classes and events on university campuses will be held as scheduled. A Mason Alert message will be sent when the building can be reoccupied or if additional delays are expected.
