BE STRONG TO BE HELPFUL Most people wish they were fit, and wish theyd find the motivation to exercise. We do not lack programs, there are thousands out there, of all kinds. We need the motivation. Training for cosmetic results is OK, and probably the most widespread reason for exercising. But to the majority of people who do not exercise, it is not a motivation strong enough. At MovNat we train for reasons and results beyond our physical looks (not that we dont transform our bodies beautifully). We train for outcomes beyond our sole self. We train to be strong, because we are meant to be physically and mentally strong, and we want to be strong to be helpful, to ourselves of course, but also to others. There are many ways one can help others, but being competent and ready to physically assist others in real-life is one of the most tangible ones. As a continuation of the 60/60 challenge, we invite you to not only dedicate yourself to a natural, practical movement lifestyle, but to do so for the sake of restoring, developing, and maintaining your ability to help others. You can awake and unleash the hero in you. This is not a cheesy statement. You dont need superpowers and astonishing feats to be one. To be strong to help oneself and others, that is being a hero. People dedicated to empowering themselves every day are todays heroes. They embrace a compassionate mindset, nurture their strength in body and mind, and practice their movement skills and other useful skills on a daily basis: REGARDLESS of level. Now imagine a society where everyone, regardless of age or background, would commit to that goal? It would be heroic. It would be epic. It would be life-changing for all. It would be more than a New Years resolution, it would be a New Years REVOLUTION. This is more than a manifesto, it is a vision. Join us. Start moving today. HAPPY NEW YEAR. - ERWAN LE CORRE, Founder of MovNat movnat/60-60/ https://facebook/groups/MovNat6060/ YOUR 7 STRONG TO BE HELPFUL GOALS Because there’s more to it. We want to encourage you to be strong to be helpful. That means that your physical training is about being physically and mentally ready to use your training and physical skills to help, not just yourself, but others, anytime needed. Life is full of these events, ranging from day to day situations such as helping to move furniture, to life challenging ones when lives must be saved. You don’t need superpowers to be a hero, but the more physical adept and mentally driven, the better you will perform in such situations. It is about compassion, physical and mental strength, and movement skills. Now this is a MEANINGFUL motivation to train!
