BEACH PROFILE ~ Ocean Beach, Denmark Access: All vehicle access to bitumen car park a short walk above the beach. Activities: Fishing, Walking, Swimming, Diving, Surfing, Snorkeling. Ocean Beach, Denmark located just a few short km’s from the highway nestled between Wilson Inlet and Nullaki Peninsula a favourite spots to head on a hot summers day. If you’re after a swim, a fish, a surfing lesson, building sandcastles, a climb up the sand dunes, a wade in the inlet or you want some awesome views over the entire beach then this is the place for you. Every summer the beach is patrolled by the Denmark Surf Life Saving Club so everyone is nice and safe and the surfing just off the rocks is what draws many a crowd here. There have been cases of rips closer to the rocks so caution is advised and sometimes the waves can get large, yet closer to shore you will find it nice and calm for the kids. There are parking facilities above the beach, ablutions, a kiosk at the Surf Club, grassed areas and so much more that make this truly one of the best days out in Denmark for the whole family.
