BECAUZE you asked ~ We have received an incredible number of requests for an update on Hunter (now renamed Harry by his new family) - the dog we negotiated (long and hard) to have his owners surrender him to our rescue after they listed him For Sale on Craigs List as part of a Garage Sale (as an FYI...we still had to pay the owners money for this pup, but no amount of money could replace the joy we now see in him!!!). Poor Harry was chained outside and beyond sad and depressed. And seriously....he was posted as part of a Garage Sale. Poor Harry only had 1/2 a tail, but you should see it wag now! We rescued Harry within 45min of coming to agreement with his owners. We had him fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped. We had this Braveheart boy adopted within 48hrs of posting him to one of best familys we could ever pray for in rescue. He LOVES his canine brother, George! Amazing what rescue can do for a dog who has truly shut down. These are the stories we are so privileged to be a part of and post. Our rescue efforts are never easy, but beyond worth it in the end.
