BECOMING MORE SOLUTION ORIENTED! How do you look at life?Do you see a solution in every challenge or a challenge in every circumstances?To make yourself a more solution-oriented individual in any team you find yourself,you must: 1) Refuse to give up - Look at a seemingly impossible situation confronting you and make up your mind not to give up concerning it until you find a solution to it.Those who ask God too many questions always end up as a question mark in life. Seek solutions instead. 2) Refocus your thinking- No problem an withstand the assault of sustained thinking.Set aside a time to do PRIME THINKING with your team-mates or yourself.Note that it shouldnt be out of your left-over time when you are tired.Do it when youre still much active. 3) Rethink your strategy - Brainstorm absurd ideas.Redefine the problem.Get out of the box of your typical thinking. 4) Repeat the process - If at 1st you dont succeed in solving the problem,keep at it.If you solve the problem,then repeat the same process in solving other problems since your goal is to cultivate a solution-oriented attitude that you will bring to play all the time. Sometimes ago,the generator being used at one of our centres developed a challenge in the middle of an important meeting.While some people were raising accusing fingers at the head of the centre,I was seeing an opportunity to sow another Generator,as I dived into that opportunity,God opened me up to the next phase of my destiny.
