Aprendi yo misma! Permítance en CREER en ustedes mismos, que pueden lograr todas sus metas porque así es que comienza todo, CREYENDO! El resto será ensayo y error y esto significa que cometerás errores pero como se aprende si no llegas a tener estas experiencias? Y ensayando es que aprenderás que es lo que funciona mejor para tu cuerpo, Hasta que estilo de entrenamiento es mas conveniente para ti. Pero tendrás que tener mucha paciencia y te lo digo porque yo nunca imagine que llegaría a hacer nada de esto pero si me hubiese rendido la 1ra vez que no me funciono, entonces nunca hubiera visto nada de lo que estoy haciendo hoy en día!
