BEFORE TOO MUCH TIME PASSES AND MY SCHEDULE PICKS BACK UP I WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU AND ACKNOWLEDGE SOME SPECIFIC PEOPLE... Last week, by way of what I can only explain as gods grace, I was able to perform on every major stage in Hollywood. Yes, i have done all but one of them countless times in the past, but never have I ever been asked to get down on all of them all in the same week. It made me feel like I had the juice. Whos got the Juice?! ME! just kidding. lol. anyways, on the serious tip, this post isnt to brown nose, but rather to sincerely express my gratitude with this public forum, i do not take any of it for granted... I want to thank uncle Spike Thompson for letting me get down at Mo Betta Monday at the Hollywood Improv and for ALWAYS keeping it real! I want to thank Bob Sumner for letting me get down at Black Out Tuesday at the Comedy Store and being so consistent looking out for me ever since we met years ago when he was looking for national talent and stopped in Seattle to see what we had to offer. Im gonna come get that newspaper about my Seahawks winning the super bowl any day now. I want to thank Jeru Tillman for letting me get down Wednesday at Russell Simmons ADD comedy night at Inside Jokes inside the Chinese Mann Theater and for being thorough and inclusive of me, that crowd and venue is so dope! still cant believe I stood em up (look at gawd), we have much more to come! I appreciate you G. I want to thank Nichelle Murdock for letting me get down at Crack Em up Thursday - and for being so sweet and reliable. youve always looked out for me! I want to thank Ron Gee and Kedus Damtew for squeezing me in on Sunday at Chocolate Sundaes at the Laugh Factory when yall had a no show! Ron youre my boy blue! a true friend in this business of wolves and thieves. youre my guy! Kedus thank you for vouching for me when you easily could have done otherwise! and I want to thank Pookey Wigington we dont get to link up much but youre a good dude and i appreciate you looking out for me from afar. thank you guys and gal. real shit. lets do it again soon.
