BEGINNER RUNNING TIP #1 LIKE & TAG Your Battle-Buddy, Hooah Dont worry about distance or how fast your running. In the beginning your goal to to build stamina and endurance. In my opinion your goal is to jog 18-20 minutes none stop. No matter how slow you are running, try not to stop and if you do... no more than 2-4 deep breaths and get right back into it. THIS ISNT A COFFEE BREAK YALL!!! It can be as slow as you need it. As long as its faster than a walk and that you are slightly uncomfortable. Youre good to go for now. Again, your goal is to do so without stopping but stop if needed and stop often but by all means keep your break extremely short. 2-3 breaths and thats it. Once you master this without stopping, then you can start for distance and time... Remember that the Real work doesnt begin until you get tired! -Shaun T.
