SIBANDA: On a point of order Mr. Speaker Sir, I realise that after you made a ruling, the hon. member did not withdraw and neither did he apologise. With all due respect, I realise that whilst Hon. Chibaya was not even given room to respond to the allegation, a ruling was made… THE ACTING SPEAKER: I have made a ruling and my ruling stands. You are now not respecting the Chair. May you please resume your seat?
