NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERS’ MEETING Notice is hereby given to the members of Belle Chasse Academy, Inc. that the Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held on February 3, 2014 at the Belle Chasse Academy Library, of Belle Chasse Academy, 100 Fifth Street, NAS/JRB New Orleans, in Belle Chasse, Louisiana, at 6:00 p.m. for the purposes of: (1) Electing one (1) Parent Director -- Full term position expiring in February 2017 (2) Electing one (1) Parent Director -- Full term position expiring in February 2017 (3) Electing an Alternate Parent Director -- Unexpired Term ending in February 2016 (4) Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting. Only members of record as of the Belle Chasse Academy close of business on January 06, 2014 shall be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the meeting.
