BELOW IS THE FULL DETAILED GOODWILL MESSAGE OF THE JUST ENDED SEVENTEENTH ANNIVERSARY FROM DAASEBRE KWEBU EWUSI VII; Afehyea pa to all Abeadzeman! Afehyea pa to all friends, well-wishers and development partners of our great land!!! Afehyea pa to tourists alike!!! It is my privilege to extend a warm welcome to all gathered here and to all my kinsmen who have come home this festive season to join in these celebrations, which unfortunate circumstances made us cancel last year’s. To echo our theme for this long series of celebrations: “Ahobaa Kese Festival, A Tool for Translating Our Rich Cultural Heritage into Development”, the Ahobaa Kese festive season has indeed assumed a great and an important dimension in our developmental endeavours. Right in the midst of un-ending festivities lays the opportunity of harnessing our mutual resources to drive the development of our loving homeland. As you look around you, especially if you have not come home quite recently, you may have noticed a couple changes around which those of us at home have added on along our path to development, together with our development partners. To achieve my focus for the development of Abeadzeman, I have set for myself a dual approach: to develop the human capital; and to develop the local economy. I intend to achieve the former through educational development, advocacy and a functional sense of community ownership. For the latter, modernizing agriculture, creative engagement of the state and our sister cities and other foreign friends, and the development of our rich cultural heritage has been the approach. It is for these that I solicit for the partnership of all who have come to join us in this year’s Ahobaa Kese celebrations. On this visit, take a look at the numerous investment opportunities available in Abeadze, go back to resource yourselves and come again, but this time, to grow your capital here in Abeadze. To the Tourist Board, I request for the due recognition Abeadze Ahobaa Kese as major festival and also consider the possibility of incorporating our “Journey to Ancestral Home” into the Panafest celebrations. To all passionate to see the development of Abeadzeman, I dedicate my seventeenth anniversary as Omanhen of Abeadze state. Welcome to Abeadzeman! Long Live Abeadzeman!! Long Live Ghana!!!
