BENCH PRESS @ AFX! There is a raw bench press challenge at the Alaska Fitness Expo on Saturday October 11. Weigh-ins at 11, lifting at 1. Best part? Entry fee is only $25! This is the time for all the bench bros to show what they got, and for all the three-lift competitors to take a chance to spike up your bench in a single lift meet. Bench-only records can be set (must exceed existing three-lift bench record!) PLUS all competitors get the AFX goody bag and the AFX shirt. Literally, for $25 your are money ahead entering this event. Competitors check in the night before at the Sheraton to get the shirt and the competitor bag.
