However you dress it up everybody wants a deal, I have been doing this for nearly 25 years and have heard every line that you could think of to get a bit trimmed off the top, I have been asked to sharpen my pencil on the price, etc, etc. I am sure that you can add to the never ending list. At acar2go we offer the very best cars at the very best prices always which is why we have a No Haggle policy, some people can accept that and know that they have found a Bargain, some people cant and often need to go away to think about it. People are gobsmacked when we tell them to go away and have a think about it, we even look up similar cars on the internet that are close by and send them along to the opposition, its not a sales tactic as we are confident that most of them 95% will return to us. We offer a hassle free service, we will not harangue you on the phone to come back because our boss has come up with another £100 for your part exchange, we will not call you at all, all sales people are conditioned and instructed to follow up their customers, at acar2go we leave you alone, my staff are told that they must not call you, we leave you to contact us at your leisure if you would like to buy our car or to do business with us. People that deal with acar2go will be very happy when they make that huge decision as we will be there for you long after the sale, I have always trained my staff to welcome our customers back whether they have a problem or not, we are happy to help and do you know why? Its really is a simple rule of economics, we sell you a car and we make a profit, if you get a problem or the car develops a fault then we will give you some of that profit back by fixing your car without quibble or confrontation, you dont have to shout just tell us how we can help. How much more comfortable would you then feel and how much more likely would you be to recommend your friends, family and colleagues and also to return yourself, the answer has to be highly likely why would you want to go anywhere else when you find a garage like us that really do care about you and your car. Like I said, simple economics, we will never get rich but if we keep to our morals, beliefs and enforce simple customer satisfaction practices then we will always have gainful employment and a good reputation, what genuine used car daeler could ask for anything else. I do genuinely have another 3 transporters full of cars coming next week, they are arriving Monday, Wednesday and Friday as a result of which I have another 28 cars that really must go, they are ready to drive away on the same day that you buy them. Space is at such a premium as we only have a display area for just over 90 cars, we currently have over 120 so if you can help with my problem then I will give you a deal on these 28 cars that you will not get anywhere else in the Country. If you find this hard to believe then please come in and see the cars, I can virtually guarantee that you will not find the same quality of car for the same money!!
