BETWEEN OKOROCHA AND T.A ORJI There are no better judges than time and posterity, and there is no worst comeuppance than our conscience. ONWUASOANYA FCC JONES T.A Orji is one of the worst Governors in this country at the moment, and I am ashamed of him. However for every bad man there are some good sides. T.A Orji is better than my Governor in more ways than one and my Governor is better than Fashola in not a few ways. Now, I wont want to talk about Martin Elechi or Murtala Nyarko, they are bad, but they are also good, just like you and I. Now I am going to talk about T.A Orji and my dear Governor, Rochas Okorocha. My concentration will be on human capital development, which I think is the most important aspect in measuring leadership; you have to develop the humans, so that humans can help in developing infrastructure. In Imo, the ranks of the desperately unemployed has increased by about 200 people, with the unilateral retrenchment of all staff of the Imo Concorde hotel. In Abia, Chief T.A Orji is opening opportunities of employment for the teeming unemployed Abians. In Imo, our Governor kept promising to absorb the thousands of Imolites earlier sacked by the Abia State government, and for three years nothing of that sort happened. Today, the Abia State Governor has not only recalled these Imolites and non-Abians affected by this, the Governor has also directed for all their arrears to be paid to them. In Imo State, our Governor has not bought even a single bicycle to add to the fleet of cars in our Imo Transport Company (ITC), his commercialization policy has rather frustrated scores of staff of the company out of ITC. I do not also think that my Governor has bought a bicycle for any youth as a form of empowerment (The new Coaster buses that you see at ITC were bought by the FG through the SURE-P fund, and the tricycles you see some people from Oguta and Ohaji riding were a deceitful gift meant to divert their attention from the billions of Naira that accrue to them from the derivation fund). In Abia, Ochendo T A Orji has bought over one thousand cars and thousands of tricycles which he gave to some youths on interest free hired purchase arrangement, there is also a revolving loan package for youths who wish to go into entrepreneurship. I can go on and on, yet this Governor is one of the worst in Nigeria. Is he better than Okorocha? KA IMO DI MMA OZO!
