BEWARE OF THESE CHEATS I have purchased Karbon A12+ mobile phone and one year extended warranty Online from Flipkart. But after 5 months of purchase my mobile’s touch stops working, then I gave the mobile to Karbon’s authorize service center ANURAGANI ELECTRONICS, Sector-27, Noida. First they said touch is not covered under warranty, will be repaired on chargeable basis. I accepted that condition also. But after 6 weeks, now they returned my mobile and said parts of this mobile is not available. Then I approached Flipkart for replacement of set, they simply refused and said we don’t have such policy. Then I approached Karbonn Mobile Company ….. they don’t bothered to reply my 3 emails. India is a dumpyard of these mobile companies, they don’t have proper service centers, still manage to do business in India.
