BEWARE OF THIS SELLER ON THE NET: LIGHT IN THE BOX.COM, i made a $119 purchase for my brother, they processed my payment which was immediately debited out of my bank account. I received a email from them to log into my account with them for a message, the message said they would not process the order till i sent them a copy of my drivers license, and a copy of the actual visa card used, i immediately contacted wells fargo security and the payment as shown online was debited, they suggested i contact the vendor again before filing for a charge back through wells fargo, I have purchased online for 12 years things, and this was the first time i have had something like this run on me, four emails later through the customer service of lightinthebox they are suppose to do a refund, they claim they ask for drivers license, and copy of the credit card as a audit protection to verify iam who i say and it is my card, keep in mind this is a $119 item. I am still shocked that a company would be so blaitant as to ask for persons pictured drivers license, and a copy of their credit card, i am a bit shocked, tomorrow will contact the Oregon State Atty Generals Consumer Fraud department about it. SO ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOu GET A ADD TO BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM BEWARE@@@@!!!!!!
