BEWARE of these mates who say slick comments that are only for you to stay fat! Again, they will get very insecure watching you make changes to your body in fear of you leaving them because they are doing nothing about their fat. They come up with all kinds of foolish things out their mouths that dont make any sense or give valid reasons to stay big. I already have counseled people through this! IT HAPPENS! Lose the weight for yourself and your life! If they get insecure oh well. They need to get off their big behinds and find the security they need to hang with you. Dont nobody have time to stay big, fat and miserable for the sake of another person who enjoys being fat and miserable! You walk in a see their big behinds everyday deteriorating through bad food choices and no physical activity whatsoever! Just fat and on Facebook is their life enjoyment. KEEP CHANGING YOU! Dont follow the life of someone who gave up on themselves! Find you again and move on if need be! Your life will always be YOUR LIFE with or without them. THERE IS WORK TO BE DONE!
