BFOB 4 mile run in 28 degrees F., real feel with windchill 22 degrees F. with the average pace being an 8:40/mile. No wet ground. Except for the SUN shining, which I LOATHE, it felt great out there. :) I over dressed--I should have just put on capri style yoga pants and a short sleeved shirt. Feet just were having a grand old time! Typical cut up roads, small stones, and the like. Toes got a bit cold, but never numb! On the way back in to my neighborhood, I was crossing the street. I note a car window rolling down and a woman screamed at me, Are you crazy? ;) HERE it comes....winter and the loonies come out of the woodwork wanting to instruct me on how to run....and live. But, I just shrug it off and keep on my way.
