As a rtd senior military officer I am dumbfounded as to y d army in particular is reluctant to employ its heavy armaments in order to neutralize d insurgents for common good. Equally disturbing is our failure to adopt amorphous attack strategy. We have d capability to obliterate BH in less than one month. Why dont we do that ? Our military high command should stop misleading Nigerians by giving d impression that they are dealing with a superior better trained and better equipped force.
