BHARAT RATNA! A great hue and cry is made over the Bharat Ratna, the greatest civilian honor to be given to any individual in India. Sachin Tendulkar was conferred with the Award bare within the hour of his getting retired from the game, the so called gentlemans game or to be precise as soon as he hung his boots! Why was there such a hurry to give Bharat Ratna to Sachin, means WHY only Sachin and that too so soon??? If there was no directive from the Government to confer the title on any sports person, then why was the rule broken just in case of Sachin??? Major Dhyaanchand! The name soars our patriotism to a new height, was the person who WAS REALLY Supposed to get teh Bharat Ratna Decades ago, but, his name is still wanting! Rubbish claims are made by the Government in declaring the Award to Sachin, I really want the Government to do some introspection on the issue of awarding the Bharat Ratna! A new cry is heard now about our former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, then what about other former Prime Ministers???? It is for the good of the Government that it stop the award for its own good! Tomorrow some person like me or my friends might stake a claim like some person in the past for award, by resorting to Fast unto death......... Until I receive the award! Hope you all understood the social service of the person who is asking whereabouts of the Donations in rupees that came from somewhere and disappeared anywhere!
