BI APPS ENGINEER is needed for a US Software Company that is opening its development office in Egypt, located in New Cairo. Background & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant industry experience required • 3-5 years of experience in a software development role with a focus on Business Intelligence. Job Requirements • Significant hands-on experience with modern RDBMS technologies (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) • Hands-on experience optimizing database performance and queries • Hands-on experience working with large data sets, ETL approaches and building systems that process large volumes of data • Experience with data modeling for warehouse, OLAP cubes, and transactional database systems • Experience with BI reporting software is a plus (e.g. SSRS, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SAS, OBIEE,…) • Experience with Enterprise Business Suite (EBS).
