(TheAntiMedia) A lawsuit was filed Monday morning by the American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri, calling the jury secrecy law unconstitutional in blocking a Juror’s ability to speak freely about a case. Grand Juror Doe claims that Prosecuting Attorney, Robert P. McCulloch, held a Grand Jury proceeding that was handled much differently in the Darren Wilson/Michael Brown case than in previous cases, stating his impression “that evidence was presented differently than in other cases, with the insinuation that Brown, not Wilson, was the wrongdoer.” Thank you Megan Seer for sharing this important news!!
