BIG ROOM NEAR TO THE CENTER (12 minutes by metro), RIGHT NEXT TO THE METRO STATION, AVAILABLE FROM 1ST NOVEMBER. Friendly climate in the flat and great transport links make it a good place for a foreigner to live in. Feel invited! Details of accommodation: -Near to the 2 metro stations: to the nearest one is only 4-5 minutes by feet (metro Słodowiec). The second one (metro Marymont) is situated around 6-7 minutes by feet from the flat. -Near to the center of the city: only 10-12 minutes by metro to the metro station Center, or 4-6 minutes to the north border of Central District. -Very good transport links with most universities in Warsaw. -Apart from metro there are also trams and buses (including 4 night-lines), the stops are situated only 200 metres from the flat Nice surroundings: -Safe District with a lot of green areas near to the flat. In the distance of 5 minutes by feet there are 3 parks. A little bit farer (4 stops by tram) there is a forest. -In close walking distance there are sports facilities, pubs, local shops. In the case of bigger shopping, in the distance of 4 stops by tram there is the biggest shopping center in Warsaw. Furnisment of offered room: -Very big wardrobe -2 very wide beds (one for you and one for your guests if you want to invite someone : ). The second bed you can also use as a sofa/coach) -Writing-desk with chair -Private fridge (of course, there is also a main one in the kitchen) -Some additional furnishment: chest of drawers, shelves, big armchair The room has also private key for providing the privacy to the Tenant. There is of course an internet (both wi-fi and the cable). Such things like bedquilt, pillow, bedsheets and blankets are also accessible. Kitchen is fully equipped and contains: fridge, wash-machine, microwave, gas cooker with an oven, and smaller appliances: electric kettle, toaster, blender etc. There is also an access to kitchen vessels and utensils, pots, pans and cutlery. There is very friendly mood in the flat. We are flexible and tolerant so everybody can feel comfortably and loosely : ) We are sociable but not intrusive : ) In the case of houserules we can adjust to the others in easy way. There are 4 bedrooms in the flat. Apart from the offered room, other rooms are shared by young likeable people: girl and boys (age: 21-27), mostly from Poland but in the flat lives also French Erasmus student. Flat is big enough and adapted for few people to live in. The offered room is well isolated and soundproofed from other rooms. If you are already in Warsaw you can come to visit us and see the flat, if you are abroad its possible to make the reservation online and sign the contract remotely by internet.
