BIG SISTER ADVICE #14563: DONT Erase peoples Numbers when you dont care to speak with them again - erasing it on YOUR Phone, doesnt erase it on theirs, and when they text you, or call you, you wont know its the person you dont care to speak to. ALTERNATIVE: Tell them straight up honestly, in the most objective way possible, how you feel. Avoid starting the sentence with words like You, (which points fingers & places blame) and instead, state ME and My, and take ownership, tell them how you feel from your point of view. Something I find helpful is the word Choose. I CHOOSE not to... etc etc. When I use the word choose I find people dont try to argue me down , or convince me out of my choice.
