BIKE MS: FLATTER, EASIER, BETTER THAN EVER A few years ago, Bike MS was tough--even for seasoned riders. Then we moved to Monmouth, about an hour west of Salem. Wow. What a difference it made. Were headed back again this August 1-3. And we want you to ride with us. ***Why YOU Should Bike MS*** Routes for All Rider Levels Casual riders will love the rolling hills and flat stretches of farmland and gorgeous countryside. More advanced riders (and those who are bionic) will appreciate the Century--including a challenging climb by Silver Falls. More Rest Stops Take a health break every 8-12 miles. Then refuel with fresh fruit, wholesome snacks and water. Increased Support Need a flat fixed? Chain repaired? Or a lift up a hill so you can rest your legs for a few minutes? Weve got you covered. There are more volunteer safety personnel on hand including EMT’s, expert bike mechanics and support vehicles. Tasty Eats and Ice Cold Beverages Power up for your ride with a delicious breakfast buffet. End the day with mouth watering BBQ and a frothy beer straight from the tap. Camp, Go RV-style or Sleep Indoors We’ve got free camping on a nice, flat field. Space for your RV. And, for a reasonable rate, LEEDS-certified dorm rooms that are cool and quiet. Chill Out Entertainment Kick back with friends over a beer, wine and music. In celebration of our 30th anniversary, were planning to celebrate with a 1980s theme. Stay tuned for details.
