BILAL TANGA OPENS NEW MOSQUE IN MAGODI VILLAGE Bilal Tanga opened a new mosque in one of its centres i.e. in Magodi village which is in Mkinga district on 18th October 2014 coinciding with Eid-e-Ghadeer and Eid-e-Mubahila celebrations. The Opening ceremony was graced with the presence of Agha Nuuman Arashi and Agha Nuuri both from Qum-Iran who were accompanied by their host Shk.Amiri Rajab Kipingu of Hawzatul Qaim-Tanga along with other senior teachers from Bilal Tanga. About 200 people were present during the opening of the newly built mosque. Also in presence were government representative among them Councilor of the village (Diwani) Mr.Mwajasi who was accompanied by village executive (Mtendaji) Mr.Iddi Mbanda. Bilal Tanga opened this centre in Magodi in 2012.At present it has 41 students studying in Madressa and there are25 Shia families as per the recently carried out census report.
