BILL MANSPEAKER VS RUSH greenjellovision time machine...the year was 1981 I had front row for the progressive rock band RUSH in my home town of buffalo ny...I was a senior in high school and RUSH was real big with the STONERS...I used to sell the stoners WEED and tease them that RUSH SUXX...so just to piss them off I skipped school and waited in line for a few days and bought front row RUSH tix...so I dress as a cop so I wont get hassled for my camera and I start taking some awesome pix...and then they say we are going to be on the cover of the next rush album And this photographer comes out and takes this pix...next thing i know WHAMO I am on the cover of the LIVE RUSH album...starting from your left if you go to the second security guard with the red sleeves and you look between the guards sleeve and the red par-can on the stage you can see a kid with black hair and glasses...thats ME...my senior year in high school...I just turned 18 and started green jello a few months before...I was waaaay into photography...so I dressed as a police man so I wouldnt get hassled for taking pix and I got some kick ass up front pix of rush that amazed all my high school STONER RUSH fans the next day...seeing all year long I was the weirdo kid in that food band who told them rush SUXX it freaked them out and then I when I wind up on the front cover of the next RUSH album....it blew there minds...making childhood dreams come true since 1963
