EVENTS: 1838: The Government of Bombay asks Colonel Potenger to justify his recommendation that it is necessary that force should arrive at Karachi at once. 1851: His Highness Mir Ali Murad Khan is accused for committing fraud in Naunihar Treaty and on this plea the Government of India orders for transferring all lands and territories to British Empire and only hereditary possessions are left for him.
