BISHOP Finance Administrator WorkWise Personnel - Bishop Auckland To provide financial and administrative support to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations within the Company. Responsible for the accurate maintenance of the sales and purchase ledgers Check bank transaction on a daily basis Preparing all BBM/cheque payments Prepare tutor/inductor payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments to personnel Respond to payroll queries for tutors/inductors Ensure bank transactions on sage are accurate in preparation for bank reconciliation Undertake monthly nominal checks in preparations for monthly management accounts Track monthly invoice/costs for partners in preparations for management accounts Provide financial management reports for Finance Manager Update/create spreadsheets for Finance Manager Provide training and support to part time administrator/finance on sage transactions. Reconcile petty cash on sage Reconcile credit card on sage In the absence of the HR/General administrator or where workload requires support the following functions in the office: - IT Office Equipment - telephones/photocopier, fax etc., Hotel/flights etc., bookings Stationery Post Visitors/room bookings HR/general admin If designated to act as first aider within the company and maintain appropriate records and supplies in the provision service duties. Requirements: Previous experience in a finance function with both sales and purchase ledger. Sage accounting - essential Good IT skills - including word and excel - essential Payroll experience - desirable Ability to handle confidential data in the appropriate manner Able to provide accurate and meaningful financial data TO APPLY please forward your CV to bishop@workwisepersonnel
