BITING FIT IS BACK: Back to work and the children are back to school tomorrow. This means Im starting my work with Cambridge University Boat Club, my new website needs my attention now that the logo/design is complete......AND.... ...its re-launch time for another Online Programme. YOUR CHANCE TO REBOOT YOUR BODY FAST AFTER THE SUMMER OF SLUGGISH. I certainly am feeling a bit sluggish after summer indulgences. And I have something for everyone. BUT this time its YOU who decides what it looks like. I will run another 14-day Detox online programme from mid September for those who wish to lose 7lb-14lbs guaranteed in two weeks on the successful Biting Fit ONLINE RAW food and juicing plan. please email me [email protected] with Detox if youd like to know more. I will run a shorter ONLINE course for 7 days with the aim of rebooting and energising you and a few lbs of weight loss. There will be a 28 day Online Course for Athletic Performance. I will also be introducing a longer 28 day Online Programme for those who do not wish to start a RAW or juicing plan and would rather embark on a more gradual process of change for good and for life. There will be options with each Plan which allows you to embark on the programmes with the level of support you require as everyones starting levels will be different: Levels 1 for personal coaching , level 2 for online and email individual coaching and 3 for online group coaching. So its all about CHOICE. And then I am planning on launching a longer term CHANGE ONE THING step-by-step ONLINE COURSE for weight loss, health and rebooting your energy which aims to change (in priority order). This will be run over 6 months but you will have the option to join monthly with the aim of CHANGING ONE THING every 7 days. It is designed to be SIMPLE, DOABLE, EFFECTIVE, UNCOMPLICATED and FUN :) The first one, (as with the Biting Fit Water Challenge) will be FREE so email me [email protected] and let me know youre on board! SO.....please post below or email me WHAT OPTIONS you would be interested in doing or if, for example youd like a specific plan with two or three of your friends to work together as a group with a common aim/goal either for a sport/performance or for weight loss/health etc. The programmes will all be designed around WHAT YOU WANT.
