BITTER/SWEET This is my last week of work in Sales & Market Development in our Aerospace strategic business unit. Ill spend it visiting my key customers with my interim replacement capped off by a service award banquet / Christmas party on Friday in Indy. 3 key things one must consider when evaluating gainful employment; 1) What will I be doing (essential function)? 2) Who will I be doing it with (culture/people)? 3) How much will I be compensated? Well, I loved what I did.....most days; I loved my customers and teammates/Brothers and I felt my compensation was directly correlated to the amount of value I created. Check, check, check!!! I am looking forward to the challenges which lie ahead in being the Regional Sales Manager of west Florida. New Year....new beginnings!!!! No matter what your occupation or vocation is, FINISH 2014 strong with great momentum that will carry into 2015. BE intentional about what you DESIRE to CREATE for yourself and your Family. VISUALIZE it, write it down and SCRIPT it, SPEAK that which is not as though it already were, and take ACTIONS consistent with your WORD. Apply this formula and watch your dreams come true.....literally. Make it a great day! RDB
