**BITTERSWEET EVENT FOR MYSELF AND MOJO BONES ODU*** ---- semi-long post follows--- I have been a dedicated employee at mojos for 3 years now. I have developed soo many friendships between the past/present employees and the customers. Yall are the ones that made this job not just a job that pays the bills (and my spending habits) but a golden chapter in my book of life that I will never forget. Mojos has been the best and worst thing that has happened to me. Its been my family, my sorority, my fraternity, my escape, my drama house, my income and my inconvenience during test week. As I start the next chapter in life, called GRAD SCHOOL I would like to bitter-sweetly announce that August 25th (last Monday night before school starts) will be my last night bar tending at mojobones odu...... probably forever. :( I am sad that I am leaving the customers, the money, the Sunday Fundays, the concerts, the NASCAR races, the trouble, the bar dancing, the country nights, the bar-cleans and the inclusive stories and videos about drunk customers, but I look forward to the stress school will provide and the big girl job opportunities that will come out of grad school. Thank you to everyone who has become a friend (some life-long) and put a smile on my face and new Vans on my feet. Thank you Mojo Bones ODU staff and customers for the memories that I will never forget. I will miss you and Ill see you on the other side of the bar drinking the beers and shots instead of serving them. :)
