BJP working to provide stable govt in J&K: Ram Madhav JAMMU, December 25: Amidst the deadlock over the government formation in Jammu and Kashmir, senior BJP leader Ram Madhav on Thursday said the saffron party is working to provide a stable government to the people of the state. He said this close on the heals of a closed-door meeting of the 25 elected members of BJP with a central delegation, led by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley here today.
