BLACK FRIDAY The more this morning goes on, the more reports on BBC News & Sky News about police being called to major disturbances ACROSS the UK ! Manchester Police attended 5 Tesco stores, one of which was closed shortly after the sale began at 00.01 ... remember a time when people fought hard for better working conditions for retail staff, do we really NEED 24 hour shopping, especially with online retail availability these days ? 3 Tesco & an Asda in London, plus stores in S.Wales, Glasgow, Dundee ... on and on and on. An American original idea Black Friday comes the day after Thanksgiving ! As much as public fighting over a TV that is 3cm bigger than the 3 they already have at home or the 60 packets of Walkers Crisps box or what ever the hell it is these people feel they MUST have, where is the retailers sense of responsibility ?
