[tlm724] working those customs agreements [tlm724] Agreements to avoid double taxation, and being pursued in coordination with the General Authority for taxes and the legal department [tlm724] stressed the importance of the application of transparency in the follow-up of these agreements and the announcement of its consequences [tlm724] thats right they have to follow through with these agreements now , no more dilly dallying especially that the country is going through circumstances Asttnaúah.oshdd the need to work under these agreements and work under the chock its laws, especially Many of the agreements signed by the Iraq conflict with existing laws for the time being alia (agreements between the International Monetary Fund, Iraq and the World Bank, Iraq and international institutions), it must rely on international accounting standards. [tlm724] this is saying that the current laws must be amended according to international standards to be in compliance with the IMF World Bank etc... ~~~ Federal government spends $ 500 million to the Kurdistan region [BondLady] still a big deal, huge [tlm724] kurds got their whey BL [BondLady] an article 140 too [BondLady] yes they did [tlm724] and they have acknowledged control of Kirkuk [BondLady] almost all points of Erbil being done [tlm724] yes maam ! [BondLady] those werent just kurd demands either, some was others too like Allawi, the amnesty law an the terrorism law were both Allawis, he wants amnesty for himself and all his bs people [tlm724] no doubt [BondLady] and he wants them to take the terrorism law off the table too which would allow terrorist a safe haven in Iraq, so stupid [BondLady] he trying to save himself and Hashemi and Najafi and Im sure many others in his court *m16* them [tlm724] I dont think that will happen under Abadi though [BondLady] I dont think so either, if they tried to take the terror law out I think the UN if not the USA would defiantly have a say in that BondLady] as well as all the other countries trying to save Iraq from ISIS Baathist Al-queda neighboring instigating countries doing deeds done dirt cheap in Iraq [BondLady] accept they aint cheap, they pay millions for it ~~~ Adoption of the 2015 budget next March [tlm724] thats one persons opinion, we will just have to see how the budget plays out [BondLady] if they open it by March then they will have done it by at least 2 months faster than they have before [tlm724] right think they said the draft would be ready in Dec ? [BondLady] like I said before I dont think they will have a 2014, I think some will go into 2015 and have a huge 2015, bigger than before [BondLady] but not sure they are combating corruption pretty good which should lower the budget amounts quite a bit in some areas ~~~ Abadi, a parliament that will vote for the new officers and expectations of a significant change in the internal [tlm724] Abadi, a parliament that will vote for the new officers and expectations of a significant change in the internal [tlm724] like that ! [rsp1] Significant change!!!!!! [tlm724] al-Abadi recently told her he would send security leaders who have been recently hired after the process of extensive change witnessed by the Ministry of Defense [tlm724] he is kicking azz [rsp1] and taking names [tlm724] yeppers ! [tlm724] The prime minister will not exceed the House of Representatives and the new leaders will present the names to parliament for a vote on them, sweet ! whole new ballgame ~~~ Arbil receive 583 billion of Baghdad, Barzanis visit after OPEC meeting [tlm724] Zebari said that the Ministry of Finance has transferred 583 billion Iraqi dinars, equivalent to $ 500 million for the account of the Kurdistan Regional Government [tlm724] that money has already been transferred Wink [tlm724] This is the initial batch of dues region and will be followed by other batches [tlm724] Zebari pointed out that the process of exporting oil from the northern fields will have special significance for the state support, which complains of a marked deficit budget, noting that the government is currently engaged in the preparation of the budget in 2015. [tlm724] that will help reduce the deficit as we talked about yesterday and they are working that budget as we speak [tlm724] I think this agreement and mutual implementation of this means that the two sides are ready to discuss and resolve all the other issues. [tlm724] article 140, everyone is ready to make this work ! [tlm724] For his part, stressed the Rose Nuri Shaways, the Deputy Prime Minister, on Wednesday, the delegation of the Kurdistan Regional Government will visit Baghdad soon, and as likely to be after the return of the central government delegation from the OPEC oil meeting, stressed that this visit is one of the three points which have been agreed by Baghdad and Erbil. [tlm724] stressed that this visit is one of the three points which have been agreed by Baghdad and Erbil. [tlm724] Shaways visit should wrap everything up nicely. I have always respected him and I have confidence that all the points will be resolved Basra is not satisfied with the grant dollar per barrel of oil and regards it as disrespectful [BondLady] did u see Basra crying up there [tlm724] yeppers [BondLady] 1 dollar per barrel of oil for Basra is not enough they need to have there azz kicked they saw the kurds getting their whey and want theirs too [BondLady] Basra is the biggest oil producer in Iraq but still man give it a year to get on its feet kurds been needing what they got done for last 10 yrs or even 50 yrs [BondLady] but Basra thinks they should be num 1 since they produce more but they jealous, greed and power remember? [tlm724] agree Kurds were like the Rodney Dangerfield of Iraq , they got no respect [BondLady] so afraid some 1 else is going to get a penny more than them. I was furious when i read that this morning, selfish bastages [BondLady] give it 1 year and Iraq will be so big with all the new laws and all the countries coming in for investments then Basra could probably get back there 5$ a barrel if not more but shut up about it right now just get the new budget done before they start whining and throwing fits, make Iraq come to a standstill cause they dont get all of what they want
